It is more important than ever to offer security to our valued customers, this is why we have updated the medical assistance cover included in our Premium All-Inclusive holiday packages. All packages departing from now until December 2023 are covered by this new Covid insurance.

What is covered by the COVID-19 assistance policy:

From now to 31 December 2023, should you fall ill with Covid-19 while traveling with us overseas, medical expenses may be covered including:

  • Medical expenses in case of hospitalization
  • General Practitioner appointments
  • Covid-19 testing
  • Transportation costs to testing facilities

In the unfortunate event requiring you to go to hospital, the policy may also cover:

  • Cost of stay for a companion
  • Accompaniment of children
  • Urgent medical care transfer if needed

If a lockdown or quarantine is required, housing may be provided for and if you cannot fly home, new flights may be provided for once it's safe for you to travel and in agreement with local health and safety rules.
